Sealed Bids will be publicly opened on January 16th, 2026, at 9:00am at AHEAD’s Office in Littleton. 262 Cottage St., First Floor, Littleton, NH 03561.
Bids should be clearly marked “AHEAD-GCLC”. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.
Estimated construction budget is $1,000,000 with an anticipated 4-month construction schedule and winter 2026 construction start. The project is primarily funded through a Northern Border Regional Commission grant. Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) will apply. This is an equal opportunity/affirmative action agency. The project consists of approximately 4,750SF in the former Northeast Credit Union branch constructed in 1998 and will be renovated and repurposed for the Gorham Community Learning Center. When complete, the commercial property will contain two levels of classroom and administrative space and a lower level of storage, staff lounge, and mechanical rooms. Vendor and Subcontractor Requirements
With your Bid please provide proof of the below insurance levels:
Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate
Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit
Umbrella/Excess Liability: $1,000,000
Workers' Compensation: Statutory NH limits + $500,000 Employers Liability
